Does paying improve my TradeScore?
No. Your TradeScore and every figure on your record are computed from shipment data alone. Pro adds visibility tools; it never touches the numbers.
What exactly do you verify?
Your business registration and tax-identity documents as issued in your country, plus a signed letter of authorization, checked against the company’s export shipment record. It is document-based verification; there is no on-site factory audit, and the badge says so.
Can suppliers in any country apply?
Yes. TradeVerify is worldwide. The application asks for the documents your jurisdiction actually issues, for example a Handelsregister extract and VAT number in Germany, a trade licence in the UAE, a CNPJ in Brazil, or articles of incorporation and an EIN in the United States.
What if my application is rejected?
Nothing is charged. If something needs clarifying, the team asks for more information rather than rejecting outright, and you can always correct the issue and apply again.
My company name looks different in the records.
Carrier filings often spell names differently from your registration. Claim the entity that matches your shipments and note the variation; the reviewer handles it.
